The money collected from membership dues represents the entire operating budget of RPENA. From  the operating budget, there are several recurring expenses to be paid: electric and water bills,  regular grass mowing and edging,  the cost of flowers, and security camera maintenance. In addition to the recurring charges, there are other expenses that occur less often. For example, painting the wall along Audelia in 2019, or installing new digital security cameras to replace the previously existing analog cameras.
